Precision Trim ExtenderThe Precision Trim Extender Board makes TTU-205 calibrations and adjustments quick and easy. The extender board eliminates the need for general purpose test equipment such as oscilloscopes and digital voltmeters. Pot adjustments for R-11 Fast Warm-Up and R-37 Servo Gain trim can be set in minutes using the extender board. The board also has an advanced diagnostic tool – allowing calibration technicians to monitor valve states – power supply voltages – transducer frequency outputs – and a number of other analog and/or digital signals. The extender board can be used with all TTU-205 Printed Circuit Boards (A1-A5) – including TestVonics Enhanced Calibration Capability (ECC) A2 PCB and Enhanced I/O A1 PCB.

The Precision Trim Extender Board makes troubleshooting and adjustments on the TTU-205 quick and easy. The extender board eliminates the need for oscilloscopes and digital voltmeters. The PCA has an advanced diagnostic tool – allowing technicians to monitor valve states – power supply voltages – transducer frequency outputs – and a number of other analog and/or digital signals.
